•	Print photos directly to Canon's Direct photo printers- without PC .
•	Supports Exif 2.2 print, which is the new industry standard for enhancing communication between digital cameras and printers. The printer can read image data relevant to the shooting conditions (eg white balance, exposure). Therefore, the printing of each image is tailored to match the photographer's original settings when the image was taken.

Simultaneous movie and still shooting
•	The still photo button allows you to capture a still image onto a SD or MMC card simultaneously while shooting movies. Thus you can record the entire event in motion and preserve key moments as stills for printing, editing or email applications.

Excellent for video conferencing
•	" DV messenger" allows face-to-face conversation via MSN messenger on Canon DV. The other party can watch and control the video playback of your camcorder - all from the PC - with your prior permission.

Great Audio
•	Audio Dubbing & Inserting AV modes allow you to create and add in your own soundtrack/ pictures into your footage.
•	PCM digital sound offers 2 digital audio settings (12 bit & 16 bit) for high fidelity sound.

Fun Feature
•	My camera function allows you to customise the start-up image and operation sounds with your favourite picture and music.
